Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced FX Test Analyst to join a long-term programme focused on the evolution and refactoring of a global FX trading platform delivered in a fully remote working model on a daily rate contract basis.
This role is ideal for someone with strong functional FX testing experience who enjoys working closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners, while contributing to both manual and automated testing.
This is not a pure SDET position. FX domain knowledge and trade lifecycle understanding are key.
The Role
You’ll play a central role in testing across an internally developed FX platform alongside an established third-party vendor solution, supporting a major multi-year transformation programme.
Responsibilities include:
- Functional testing across the end-to-end FX trade lifecycle
- Designing and executing manual and automated test scenarios
- Working closely with BAs and POs to validate business requirements
- Supporting platform refactoring and ongoing system enhancements
- Ensuring quality across integrated trading workflows and vendor systems

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience testing FX trading systems
- Solid understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle
- Hands-on functional testing background
- Exposure to test automation using Java or Python
- Comfortable operating in business-facing delivery teams
- Experience working within investment banking or capital markets environments
