Position Title: Vice President of Marketing

We are a U.S.-focused fintech and digital asset venture, structured as a joint initiative backed by long-term institutional capital affiliated with Hillhouse Capital. The company operates at the intersection of compliant digital asset infrastructure, institutional-grade trading solutions, and next-generation financial services.

Our mission is to build a regulated, scalable, and technology-driven crypto financial platform serving both institutional and high-net-worth clients in the U.S. market.

Role Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will lead the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, growth, performance, partnerships, and communications. This executive will design and execute a data-driven go-to-market strategy to position the company as a trusted, compliant, and innovative digital asset financial platform in the U.S.

This role reports directly to the CEO and works cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Institutional Sales, BD, and Investor Relations.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute an integrated U.S. market marketing strategy aligned with regulatory frameworks and business objectives.
  • Build brand positioning centered on institutional trust, compliance, and innovation.
  • Define multi-year growth roadmap including user acquisition, retention, and ecosystem expansion.
Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Lead paid acquisition (Google, Meta, X, programmatic, affiliate, etc.) with CAC and LTV optimization.
  • Establish KPI frameworks including conversion funnel metrics, ROI modeling, attribution architecture.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing (email, CRM automation, segmentation, retention strategy).
Institutional & B2B Marketing
  • Design go-to-market campaigns targeting hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and crypto-native institutions.
  • Create thought leadership strategy (whitepapers, research reports, executive content).
  • Manage industry events, conferences, and strategic sponsorships.
Brand & Communications
  • Build corporate brand identity and messaging architecture.
  • Oversee PR strategy including media outreach, executive visibility, crisis communications.
  • Manage content marketing across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and industry publications.
Team & Budget Management
  • Recruit and scale a high-performance marketing team.
  • Manage annual marketing budget with disciplined ROI accountability.
  • Build agency partnerships (PR, creative, media buying, analytics).
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in fintech, digital assets, asset management, or regulated financial services.
  • Proven track record scaling early-stage or growth-stage companies in the U.S. market.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. regulatory landscape impacting crypto and financial marketing.
  • Strong command of performance marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
  • Experience marketing to institutional investors strongly preferred.
  • Executive presence with ability to represent the company publicly.
Preferred Background
  • Experience in crypto exchange, custody, DeFi infrastructure, or institutional trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEC/FINRA-compliant marketing frameworks.
  • MBA or equivalent executive experience.
