Position Summary
The Brand & Marketing Manager leads the development, execution, and stewardship of Accorto’s brand and marketing strategy across all divisions, including medical device, harm reduction, and quality and compliance. This role ensures cohesive brand representation across digital and print platforms while driving integrated marketing initiatives that support business development and revenue growth.
Blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution, the Brand & Marketing Manager oversees brand governance, marketing collateral, website and digital infrastructure, content strategy, campaign execution, and external coordination.
Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Governance
- Oversee the integrity and consistency of the Accorto brand across all internal and external touchpoints.Â
- Maintain brand standards, messaging alignment, and asset management systems while serving as the internal authority on brand application and approvals.
2. Marketing Collateral & Creative Oversight

- Lead the development and ongoing management of branded materials across print and digital platforms.Â
- Ensure all collateral, presentation materials, event assets, and digital graphics reflect current positioning, messaging, and visual identity.Â
- Assist the leadership team with custom-tailored client-facing materials when required.
3. Website & Digital Presence Management
- Oversee website content, structure, and optimization to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and business priorities.Â
- Coordinate with external web developer on SEO efforts, landing page development, content updates, and digital compliance documentation to support visibility and performance.
4. Content & Market Awareness Strategy
- Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with business development objectives, including blogs, social media, and event-driven messaging.Â
- Provide direction for content creation with internal resources and ensure cross-channel consistency and amplification.
5. Integrated Campaign Management
- Plan, build, and optimize segmented marketing campaigns across platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.Â
- Oversee audience targeting, messaging strategy, automation workflows, tracking integration, and performance analytics to drive measurable results.

6. Tradeshow & Event Marketing Support
- Lead development of digital and print assets to support tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, ensuring brand consistency and current messaging
- Coordinate event marketing logistics, including booth graphics, promotional materials, branded merchandise, and pre-show campaign alignment
- Align digital promotions (email, LinkedIn, website updates) with event strategy to maximize visibility and engagement
- Provide post-show marketing support, including audience segmentation, follow-up campaigns, performance tracking, and ROI analysis
- Partner with business development to ensure event activities translate into measurable pipeline growth
7. Brand Protection & Corporate Assets
- Support trademark management and brand protection initiatives in coordination with legal counsel.Â
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and CRM-integrated systems.
- Experience in the management of brands in technical or regulated industries.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong ability to bridge technical expertise and client communication, transforming specialized content into clear, market-facing messaging.
- Experience working with external vendors and contractors.
- Strong messaging, writing, and content development capabilities.
- WordPress website management experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEO and website content management.
