REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in QA automation, preferably in enterprise web applications.
- Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for test scripting.
- Experience with Selenium, TestNG, RestAssured, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of data-driven testing and modular framework design.
- Experience in Agile SCRUM, familiarity with SCRUM methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks for UI and API validation across multiple modules.
- Implement automated tests using tools like Selenium, TestNG, RestAssured, and JUnit, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Collaborating with developers and QA leads to defining testable requirements, participating in design reviews, and ensuring coverage across user roles and permissions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and proactively work to prevent defects.
- Monitor test execution results and coverage metrics in different test environments (QA, Staging), and defect trends, and contribute to performance testing.
- Enhance data-driven automation frameworks and participate in migrating to elastic Jenkins environments using shared libraries and pipeline-as-code strategies.
- Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and strategies, including AI-assisted and self-healing frameworks, while collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- Active member of the Agile SCRUM team, contributing to planning, sizing stories, status report during stand-up, and retrospective.
