Full Stack Engineer

TSV is partnering with a scaling Health tech startup using AI to speed prior authorizations and improve patient access to hire a Full Stack Engineer. This is a remote role reporting to the VP of Engineering. Seeking a self motivated software engineer who enjoys a fast paced environment, who can work both independently and on a team, and who can think out of the box.

In this role, you’ll diagnose complex issues across the stack, optimize database performance, manage caching strategies, and contribute to building a scalable, high‑performing application.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, and cache management.
• Expertise in Kendo UI, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, SQL, and stored procedures.
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for problem-solving at the database layer.
• Experience in Healthcare Tech or PBM domain.
