Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst (Reporting Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst) with strong healthcare payer experience to support reporting, analytics, and operational insights. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare claims and call center operations, along with hands-on experience with Salesforce and analytics tools.
Required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst
- At least 5 years of healthcare experience (health payer domain understanding required)
- 2–3 years of Salesforce experience
- Healthcare background (Non-negotiable)
- Call center operations experience (Mandatory)
