About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to translate complex business needs into functional requirements that support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, and project discussions.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Validate business requirements through testing, UAT coordination, and solution verification.
• Analyze data to identify trends, business opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and customer expectations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Experience working on software development or digital transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS products or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
