🚀 Marketing Manager (Digital Agency) | Remote
Growthwizz is a Europe-based digital agency with roots in Prague. We build marketing that actually makes money: funnels, paid ads, and products for real businesses.
We’re looking for a marketing manager who takes ownership, runs processes end to end, and focuses on results, not task ticking.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate external specialists: designers, developers, copywriters, SMM
- Launch and optimize paid ads in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Grow email marketing and improve conversion rates
- Create clear briefs for content and creatives, review and approve outcomes
- Set up automations and integrations (CRM, Albato, ApiX Drive)
- Work with analytics and sales to improve performance
