We are seeking a professional communicator who can guide clients through onboarding and product training in a clear and structured manner.

About The Role

As a Product Onboarding Specialist, you will conduct live virtual sessions to train new clients on our software platform and ensure they feel confident using it independently.

You will:

  • Lead structured onboarding sessions via Zoom
  • Deliver clear and engaging product demonstrations
  • Guide clients step-by-step through workflows and features
  • Provide thoughtful responses to client questions
  • Maintain a professional and structured presence during sessions

Requirements

We welcome candidates who have:

  • 1+ years of experience training, onboarding, or supporting customers in a software environment
  • OR experience teaching, facilitating, or leading structured sessions for professional or adult audiences

In addition, you should have:

  • Professional English communication skills suitable for client-facing presentations
  • Experience explaining complex topics clearly
  • Comfort leading live virtual sessions
  • A reliable remote work setup

We encourage candidates from varied backgrounds who meet these requirements to apply.

  • Software training or onboarding background
  • Ability to learn and explain software quickly
