We are expanding our team to support a long-term project within a cloud-based platform focused on safety, security, and operational efficiency for commercial real estate and critical infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join us on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will act as the execution partner to the Product Manager, translating strategy into actionable backlog items and driving disciplined delivery aligned to measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain a refined, prioritized product backlog aligned to roadmap objectives.
- Write clear, technically actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Ensure backlog items are well-scoped and ready for sprint commitment in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, standups, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and confirm release readiness with QA.
- Ensure security, privacy, performance, and reliability requirements are incorporated early.
- Support experiments, pilots, and feature flag rollouts within the development workflow.
- Monitor adoption, usage data, and defect trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate sprint progress, risks, and tradeoffs transparently across the team.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a SaaS Product Owner or Product Management role.
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive prioritization.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical clarity, working seamlessly with ambiguity and taking full ownership.
- Advanced English (C1+ proficiency) is required for effective communication with our distributed team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
