We’ve built the first cryptographic trust infrastructure for AI pipelines: a deterministic runtime gate (Trust Kernel) that enforces domain-specific policies, cryptographically seals datasets with Merkle-root fingerprints and Cryptographic signatures, and produces Signed Policy Objects — permanent, offline-verifiable, audit-grade proof that survives regulatory scrutiny (FDA, EMA, EU AI Act).

No server trust. Deterministic across platforms. Streaming processing for 5M+ row datasets. Launched in early 2025 with the ResEthiq Pulse 12-week Pilot Program already engaging healthcare AI teams and pharma companies running tamper detection and submission-readiness drills.

We’re a compact, high-velocity engineering team publishing on AI data integrity, Merkle architectures, and regulatory alignment. Now we’re seeking our co-founder CEO — an equity partner with founder-level ownership — to convert pilot momentum into market leadership.

Leadership Mandate

• Craft and own the market narrative that turns technical superiority into urgent buyer demand

• Drive full-cycle enterprise go-to-market: executive outreach → technical validation → pilots → multi-year contracts → land-and-expand

• Build and steward long-term relationships with CISOs, Chief Compliance Officers, legal counsel, risk officers, and data governance leaders in healthcare, life sciences, and regulated AI

• Shape early-stage hiring, operating rhythm, and performance culture that supports rapid, disciplined scaling

• Establish ResEthiq as the category-defining standard for verifiable data integrity in high-consequence AI systems

Ideal Co-Founder Profile

You bring proven revenue leadership in complex, regulated environments — and the hunger to define a new category.

• 5+ years in accountable leadership roles (Founder/CEO, GM, Head of Sales/GTM, or full P&L ownership)

• Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals, especially with security, compliance, legal, or risk stakeholders

• Deep comfort engaging technical buyers and C-suite executives in healthcare, pharma, fintech, or similarly regulated sectors

• Exceptional ability to distill advanced cryptographic and infrastructure concepts into compelling executive business value

• Extreme ownership and high-agency mindset — thrives in ambiguity and proactively creates structure

• Passion for AI regulation, data provenance, and building defensible moats in trust infrastructure

• Prepared to lead equity-first with a transparent path to revenue-aligned compensation

Advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) welcome; proven operator track record matters more.
