Job Description


Transformations Care Networkseeks an experiencedSEO Manager to join a fun, friendly, and hard-working marketing team that is passionate about connecting people to high-quality mental health care in communities across the country. This role will report to the National Director of Marketing and will be responsible for the daily maintenance, management, optimization, and execution of our SEO platform and strategy.

In this role, you’ll develop and implement SEO strategies across six branded websites and corresponding local listings to ultimately drive organic growth across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with both internal team members and external vendors to ensure all organic TCN marketing channels are optimized to the latest SEO, AIO/GEO best practices.

The SEO Manager must be very detail-oriented and organized and must be able to handle diverse projects simultaneously and successfully manage deadlines. Excellent project management and communication skills will be essential. Strong knowledge of AIO/GEO strategy is required. Key Responsibilities

  • Set, execute, and manage TCN’s SEO strategy across its six branded websites through collaboration with internal team members and external vendors.
  • Conduct advanced keyword, audience, and search intent research to understand how people seek mental health support online.
  • Conduct competitive landscape analyses to identify ranking gaps, backlink opportunities, and content differentiators.
  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve rankings across all six TCN websites.
  • Guide the creation and optimization of website copy, metadata, and blog content while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead technical SEO audits, complete optimizations, and work with developers to resolve site performance and indexation issues.
  • Manage local listing optimizations for TCN’s 70+ locations.
  • Implement and maintain structured data (schema markup).
  • Identify opportunities for backlink growth through ethical outreach and partnerships within the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house copywriter and content team to ensure SEO strategy is carried through all relevant aspects of content creation.
  • Serve as TCN’s SEO subject matter expert by staying informed on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and shifts in how people search for mental health information.
  • Develop scalable SEO playbooks and documentation to maintain consistency across six branded websites.
  • Track and analyze key metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, organic leads, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or AHrefs.
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for content and SEO improvements.
  • Work closely with external agency to analyze reporting and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and implementing SEO strategy with a track record of driving results. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an agency or industry setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, AHrefs, SEMrush, or other SEO tools is required.
  • Experience creating SEO reports, interpreting data from tracking platforms, and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data.
  • Solid experience creating strategies for AIO and GEO and strong knowledge of current SEO landscape.
  • Knowledge of schema markup best practices.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile optimizations andlocal SEO for multi-location organizations.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, NinjaCat, Schema.org, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • High attention to detail, excellent project management, multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field from applicable accredited program. (Preferred)
  • Experience managing SEO campaigns across multiple brands and locations and ability to identify scalable, time-saving process improvements. (Preferred)
  • Experience working in healthcare marketing. (Preferred)
  • Google Analytics and Bing certified (Preferred)
  • Experience building web pages. (Preferred)
  • Experience implementing and managing website tracking. (Preferred)

Transformations Care Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
