Job Description


This is not a traditional recruiter role and can be done fully remote!


You will be responsible for optimizing how we use LinkedIn as a performance channel: generating the right candidate inflow, improving targeting, increasing conversion, and ensuring that strong candidates are matched to the right clients across our portfolio.


You operate at the intersection of recruitment, data, and AI.


Your responsibility

  • You will own and optimize our LinkedIn job slot strategy:
  • Manage and continuously optimize LinkedIn job slots
  • Test targeting strategies across European / Global markets (e.g. Spain, Italy, Greece)
  • Improve job positioning, titles, keywords and searchability
  • Analyse response rates and candidate quality
  • Filter and structure incoming applicants using AI tools
  • Match candidates to multiple clients where relevant
  • Support recruiters with data-driven insights on search strategy
  • Ensure fast and structured follow-up of incoming candidates
  • Continuously improve conversion from application to placement



What we are looking for

  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Understanding of how search engines and algorithms work
  • Affinity with AI tools and automation
  • Structured and data-driven way of working
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
  • You do not need to be a senior recruiter, You do need to understand systems, data and performance.
