Senior DevOps Engineer

​Job Overview And Responsibility

− System Design and Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage large-scale systems with a strong understanding of system architecture and related technologies. 

− Automation and Configuration Management: Use automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform to automate processes and manage configurations effectively. 

− Infrastructure Management: Utilize Terraform and other tools to manage infrastructure, ensuring system availability and performance. 

− CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines integrated with Vault and Kubernetes (K8s) to implement complex and optimized GitOps deployments. 

− Monitoring and Security: Use monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Telegraf, Jaeger, and OpenTelemetry to track system performance and security. 

− Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring applications run efficiently and securely. 

− Security and Compliance: Ensure security standards are met and implement necessary security measures to protect systems and data. 

− Support and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring smooth workflows and successful project delivery. 

− Project Task Management: Effectively manage and allocate tasks within projects. 

Experiences And Competencies

− Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP/2, HTTP/3, DNS, UDP, and SSH. 

− Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform. 

− System Architecture: Deep understanding of large-scale system design and the ability to manage complex infrastructure. 

− Security: Experience in system security and compliance with security standards. 

− CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Vault and Kubernetes (K8s) for GitOps deployments. 

− Monitoring: Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Telegraf, Jaeger, and OpenTelemetry. 

− Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. 

− Communication Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and guide stakeholders. 

− Team Support: Ability to mentor and support team members, with an understanding of task management and work allocation. 

− Agile and Scrum: Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies in project management.

Required Skills and Experience

− Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

− Experience: At least 4–6 years of experience in a similar role. 

− Language Skills: Ability to communicate and read English for work purposes and international communication.
