About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist (GRC Focused) to join our growing IT Services and Consulting team. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity within the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) expertise combined with analytical and strategic capabilities to strengthen our security posture and regulatory compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives across enterprise environments
- Perform quantitative risk assessments and analytical security evaluations
- Develop and implement data privacy and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Conduct vulnerability management assessments and remediation coordination
- Manage third-party/vendor security risk and due diligence processes
- Oversee network security controls, monitoring, and risk mitigation
- Implement and manage SAP GRC modules and compliance workflows
- Support cloud security governance across multi-cloud environments
- Develop security strategies aligned with business and IT objectives
- Prepare audit documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- Advanced analytical skills and quantitative analysis capability
- Strategic thinking with enterprise-level risk evaluation experience
- In-depth knowledge of Data Privacy regulations and frameworks
- Experience in Vendor Risk Management
- Strong background in Network Security principles
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC
- Proven experience in Cloud Security Governance
- Expertise in Vulnerability Management programs
- Ability to interpret security metrics and present risk posture to leadership
