Reporting to the Academy Group Product Marketing Manager, the Product Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Drive product working team for the Academy website, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer (learner) requirements, understand business goals, and define product end state.
- Drive the execution of the product roadmap, managing dependencies, while working closely with team leads.
- Lead product, design, and development through the design lifecycle, including scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch.
- Provide clear timelines through all phases, communicate with key partners, and select appropriate measurements for successful implementation.
- Collaborate with data architects, privacy, security, and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions for student data privacy while ensuring a frictionless end-user experience
- Must take a data driven approach to defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success
- Required to spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way
- Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the clientโs academy platform offerings by improving our content sourcing, sharing insights with other members of the team, and advocating for learners Weekly once, there will be late hour call for 60 mins
