Role: Fractional Chief Learning Officer

Whether you’ve been a CLO, VP of Learning & Development, Head of Training, or an L&D consultant with executive oversight, this role offers the flexibility to apply your expertise across multiple high-impact companies.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business goals and talent needs
- Identifying skill gaps and future capability requirements across the organization
- Designing and implementing innovative learning programs, curricula, and content (e.g., leadership development, technical skills, soft skills)
- Evaluating and integrating learning technologies, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., LMS, AI-driven learning tools, virtual reality)
- Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth
- Coaching and mentoring internal L&D teams and providing guidance to leadership on talent development
- Partnering with HR, C-suite, and department heads to ensure learning solutions meet specific business challenges
- Staying abreast of learning industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
