This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing – Omnichannel Strategy & Performance Lead will unify, stabilize, and scale the company’s omnichannel marketing model. This role is responsible for defining what can be truthfully promised to clients, what drives retention, and what scales without eroding margin.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and performance unifier who can lead through the AI shift while protecting legacy strengths and ensuring operational efficiency. This position oversees channel alignment, ROI enforcement, AI modernization, and team unification around measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Performance Unification

  • Align all marketing channels into one cohesive performance engine
  • Ensure all efforts contribute to measurable, defensible ROI
  • Establish realistic ROI benchmarks (5:1 baseline; 8:1+ on optimized accounts)
  • Guide budget allocation across channels based on performance data
  • Define scalable service packaging that delivers consistent results while protecting margin

AI Integration & Modernization

  • Lead strategic AI integration across SEO, AEO, content, and workflow automation
  • Identify high-leverage AI tools that improve performance and operational efficiency
  • Educate internal teams on relevant AI advancements and oversee implementation
  • Redesign processes where automation improves speed, scalability, and margin
  • Position the organization as AI-forward in both messaging and delivery

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee specialists across SEO, AEO, GEO targeting, website CRO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI content distribution, social omnipresence, video integration, and funnel tracking
  • Analyze performance weekly, detect underperformance early, and diagnose root causes
  • Direct strategic pivots and reallocate budget and effort to align with revenue outcomes

Dashboard & ROI Enforcement

  • Interpret combined ROI across channels, distinguishing contribution vs. attribution
  • Analyze cost per qualified call, close rates, case value, and patient lifetime value
  • Evaluate service mix profitability and ensure all channels drive revenue impact
  • Continuously assess operational requirements needed to achieve 8–10x ROI

Cultural & Organizational Leadership

  • Act as a calm, grounded leader who unifies teams around performance
  • Challenge assumptions constructively while maintaining alignment and stability
  • Protect performance integrity, brand promise, client retention, pricing discipline, internal alignment, and margin during merger and expansion

Qualifications

Experience

  • 7+ years in senior marketing leadership roles (Head of Marketing, Performance Director, Growth Lead, Agency Operator)
  • Proven experience in B2B services, healthcare, or multi-location service businesses
  • Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing teams
  • Track record of modernizing competitive industries with outside-industry thinking

Skills

  • Strong understanding of local search, paid acquisition, and aligning dashboards to revenue outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of ROI modeling, contribution analysis, and performance metrics
  • Strategic budget allocation and channel performance optimization
  • Ability to guide specialists without direct execution or micromanagement
