The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to handle hands-on execution across SEO content production, WordPress implementation, and digital marketing operations.
This is not a strategy role. You will receive clear briefs, documented SOPs, and structured workflows. Your job is to execute accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will work directly with our Marketing Manager and Project Manager. You will not manage clients or set a strategy. You will own execution.
What You Will Do
SEO & Content Execution
- Produce SEO-optimized blog content from keyword briefs and content outlines
- Use AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft, refine, and accelerate content production
- Publish and format content in WordPress with proper headings, meta tags, internal links, and images
- Support Naver Blog content production by preparing English-language drafts and reference materials for the Korean team
WordPress & Technical SEO
- Implement 301 redirects, noindex directives, and page deletions as directed
- Execute on-page SEO changes: title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, schema markup
- Restructure and consolidate pages based on documented SEO plans
- Troubleshoot basic WordPress issues (broken links, formatting, plugin conflicts)

Marketing Operations
- Maintain task updates, documentation, and deadlines in our project management tool (Nifty)
- Follow documented SOPs for content production, quality review, and publishing workflows
- Flag blockers immediately — do not wait for someone to ask
- Self-review all work before submission
Requirements
Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content production, or a related execution role
- Hands-on WordPress experience — you can publish content, edit pages, manage redirects, and implement basic technical SEO changes without guidance
- Active, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content drafting, research, and workflow acceleration — not just familiarity, actual usage
- Strong written English — clear, structured, and professional
- Comfortable reading Google Search Console and Google Analytics at a basic level
- Disciplined, organized, and deadline-driven — you track your own work and surface problems early
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with Korean digital platforms (Naver, Kakao) — not required, but a plus
- Experience working in or with agencies
