About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content & Community Research Associate to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Varun Mehta, and collaborate across departments to develop and amplify Frenus' digital presence. Your primary responsibility will be to research, curate, and produce engaging content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and our Webflow blog. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our brand narrative, engage with a professional B2B audience, and contribute to our content strategy through insightful research and compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content research, digital marketing, or community engagement, with a keen interest in B2B tech and digital transformation topics. You should be highly proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform for content and community building is essential, along with experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv. You should be highly organized, capable of managing high-volume content outputs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A proactive team player with a growth mindset and openness to feedback will thrive in our collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze high-performing LinkedIn posts from our ideal customer profiles across key topics including B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Generation Vehicles, and Private Equity & M&A.
  • Research and curate content themes, trends, and insights to inform our newsletter and blog editions, ensuring relevance and value for our audience.
  • Support the creation, structuring, and publication of 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions across LinkedIn and Beehiiv, maintaining consistency and quality in messaging and visual appeal.
  • Draft and publish concise, optimized articles on our Webflow blog that summarize newsletter content and highlight key insights.
  • Monitor emerging trends within B2B technology, digitalization, and consulting sectors, distinguishing noise from meaningful developments.
  • Assist in writing engaging LinkedIn posts, comments, and community interactions to foster active engagement and dialogue.
  • Coordinate and promote online events such as webinars and roundtables, integrating them into the content calendar and ensuring effective outreach.
  • Utilize AI tools purposefully to enhance content quality, streamline research processes, and experiment with new formats and approaches.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
