Data Engineer

Join our Data Warehouse team and play a critical role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our analytical services. As a Data Engineer, you'll develop and optimize data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow from across our environment to our analytical platforms. You'll work within an Agile framework, contributing to all phases of development and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data solutions.

Core responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines: Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot robust data pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable data flow.
• Analyze and resolve data system interdependencies: Evaluate system interrelationships, proactively mitigating potential impacts from changes.
• Optimize data performance: Analyze and improve data process performance, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain compliance and stay current: Adhere to company standards and continuously update knowledge of data engineering technologies.

Experience and key competencies

• SQL on an expert level is a must.
• You are familiar with Python/Node.js.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.

Coolbet operates in a highly regulated environment. This role may require a gaming license in any jurisdiction in which the company operates, and this position may require the ability to secure and maintain a license in all relevant jurisdictions. A gaming license application utilizes personal data, a criminal and credit check, and fingerprints. Coolbet will cover all costs and provide access to an Identity Protection program.
