Summary

Ascenturi (formerly Sales Match) is a fast-growing BPO and recruitment support company that has expanded to more than 100 global employees in under a year. Our mission is to help organizations scale quickly by building efficient hiring pipelines.


As a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the hiring process by contacting prospective candidates, performing initial qualification calls, and helping coordinate interviews with hiring teams. This position provides the opportunity to work remotely while developing valuable experience in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.


Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound candidate outreach and screen 150–250 applicants per day.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to assess candidate experience and alignment with job requirements.
  • Present job opportunities clearly and professionally to potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions within the CRM system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the initial hiring stages.
  • Assist the recruiting team with additional talent acquisition tasks when required.


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong ability to engage with candidates and assess communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connectivity and necessary work-from-home equipment.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment tools such as CRMs or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting daily outreach targets.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, HR support, recruiting coordination, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with structured call scripts or screening frameworks is a plus.
