Job Overview
The Corporate IT Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable, high-quality Corporate Information Technology (IT) Services to a fully remote workforce of approximately 100 employees. The position focuses on end-user support, device lifecycle management, and the administration of Microsoft and SaaS platforms, while providing exceptional customer service. The role reports to a Manager of Corporate IT and supports day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
This role will require significant training, so aptitude and a demonstrated ability to learn and grow are more important than their current skill set. However, experience in Windows and Microsoft 365 administration is required for this position.
Note: This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in EST or CST time zones to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to, triage, and resolve IT incident and service request tickets across the organization, including support for key stakeholders.
- Manage software licensing and vendor relationships for core enterprise and SaaS platforms and tools.
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of company-issued laptops, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Learn, administer, and support multiple enterprise Microsoft and SaaS solutions in alignment with business needs and security standards.
- Participate in and support special IT projects and initiatives as required.

Required Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience administering Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 environments.
- 1–3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365, including user management, software licensing, Intune, and security configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview is a plus, but not required.
