We are looking for a Software Engineer to join us immediately (2026 cohort), at a junior or graduate level, to play a pivotal part in the future of our growing software development centre of excellence and support the business. Our Digital Products team has 20 diverse, unique, and passionate individuals who have a strong identity and an ever-growing role in Beca’s purpose to ‘make everyday better’. Our team loves to work collaboratively and enjoys partnering with other parts of our business on products/projects and for social events. Above all we enjoy continuous improvement, nurturing creativity, and respect everyone’s individual input.
We invite applicants from a range of backgrounds with the following skills, and attributes:
- Full‑stack development or web development projects
- Core programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, or React
- Databases and basic SQL skills
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Cloud concepts or platforms like Microsoft Azure is a bonus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Great communication skills with the ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships across the Digital team
