Position Summary
This Senior Product Manager owns and leads the optimization, experimentation, and performance strategy of Awe Inspired’s Shopify+ storefront. This is a highly analytical, cross-functional role responsible for driving measurable improvements in conversion rate, average order value (AOV), revenue per visitor, and overall site performance.
This role manages and prioritizes the Digital team backlog, leads sprint execution, oversees QA and deployment, and builds a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation roadmap. The Senior Product Manager serves as the strategic owner of website performance – translating data, insights, and hypotheses into revenue-driving improvements across UX, frontend development, performance optimization, and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Product & Backlog Leadership
- Own and manage the full Digital team backlog in Asana, ensuring all tickets are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with revenue impact.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and weekly Digital team check-in meetings.
- Gather and document all technical and business requirements with clarity and precision.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on ROI, conversion impact, and business goals.
- Ensure sprint velocity, accountability, and high-quality execution across a distributed development team.
Sprint Execution, QA & Deployment
- Lead QA and UAT for all features prior to release, ensuring site stability and performance.
- Oversee thoughtful and organized deployment of new features and improvements.
- Maintain high standards for frontend execution, device optimization, and site speed.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical or UX bottlenecks impacting performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Ownership
- Own the end-to-end conversion rate optimization strategy for the Shopify+ storefront.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve UX, frontend design, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Translate data insights into actionable hypotheses that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Continuously optimize the funnel to increase CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
A/B Testing & Experimentation Roadmap
- Build and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Design, launch, analyze, and document experiments to validate conversion hypotheses.
- Manage testing tools and experimentation vendors.
- Translate experiment learnings into scalable site improvements and product roadmap updates.

Vendor & Platform Management
- Manage relationships with website and technology vendors, including Shopify, reviews platforms, A/B testing tools, and personalization providers.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools that improve efficiency, experimentation speed, and performance.
- Ensure all vendor relationships support business objectives and conversion growth.
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Own and monitor core e-commerce KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor, funnel metrics, and site performance.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards that connect experimentation to revenue outcomes.
- Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
- Use data to prioritize initiatives, forecast impact, and refine optimization strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Growth, Creative, Merchandising, and Operations to align website improvements with campaigns, launches, and promotional strategy.
- Serve as the strategic owner of the website experience while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Build scalable processes across backlog management, sprint execution, experimentation, and deployment.
- Operate with urgency, clarity, and high standards of performance.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, CRO, or digital product roles, with direct ownership of a Shopify+ storefront.
- Direct experience managing developers working on a Shopify+ based site.
- Demonstrated experience leading a scrum process, including backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint planning, QA, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests to improve conversion rate and AOV.
- Strong analytical fluency with e-commerce KPIs and experience building and managing performance dashboards.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, accessories, or beauty DTC brands strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency, with exceptional documentation and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive communicator who is comfortable managing distributed teams across time zones.
- Confident, outspoken, and willing to challenge assumptions in pursuit of better performance.
- Strong interest and practical experience using emerging AI and agentic technologies to drive efficiency and experimentation speed.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Hands-on, self-directed leader who can both set strategy and execute.
