Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize Google Ads / PPC campaigns to improve performance and ROI

Monitor campaign metrics, KPIs, and advertising results

Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tools
Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2) – mandatory for the role
- Fluent English for internal communication
- Mandatory experience with Google Ads / PPC campaign management
- Previous experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or campaign optimization
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
