The role involves working within a legacy environment, Nice CXOne Expert (formerly MindTouch), primarily building and maintaining front-end features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
The work has a “legacy flavour,” but it’s steady, structured, and rewarding. You’ll be responsible for implementing updates, styling content, and ensuring the front-end experience remains clean, functional, and on-brand. Some exposure to Dekiscript may be required, but our lead will handle anything complex.

- Apply consistent, standards-based code within MindTouch’s template structure.
- Optimise layouts for usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues across browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with our internal team for guidance and quality checks.
- Follow client brand guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency.
