About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on PPC Manager with a strong background in eCommerce performance marketing to manage and scale paid media activity across a range of online retail clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You’ll take ownership of campaign performance, working closely with internal teams and clients to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and maximise return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads
- Execute and optimise paid media strategies tailored to eCommerce brands
- Monitor performance against key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue, and conversion rate
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimise product feeds and Shopping campaigns to improve visibility and performance
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies in line with trading activity and targets
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Work closely with creative and CRO teams to enhance landing page and ad performance
- Support account strategy development and contribute to client reporting

Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns within eCommerce or online retail
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including Shopping and Performance Max
- Experience managing budgets and optimising towards ROAS and revenue targets
- Comfortable working with data and making performance-led decisions
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts
- Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4
