We’re looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to join their thriving Cyber Engineering & Testing team. This is a hands-on, technical role where you’ll lead penetration testing engagements, provide expert advice on security architectures, and support innovative solutions to protect clients and internal systems.
You’ll work across network, platform, application, and authentication security domains – helping organisations identify and remediate vulnerabilities while shaping their security strategy.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead penetration testing engagements for complex enterprise and client environments.
- Provide technical guidance across all areas of security technology, including network security, platform security, authentication systems, application security, and security architecture.
- Analyse, triage, prioritise, and report findings to internal teams, clients, vendors, and security stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools and techniques for adversarial simulation, vulnerability research, and exploit development.
- Contribute to the development of internal and external cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and frameworks.
- Mentor and support junior security engineers, helping shape technical standards and delivery excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats, attack techniques, and industry trends, bringing innovation and continuous improvement into client solutions.
Your Experience:
- Direct experience in penetration testing or vulnerability research.
- Strong hands-on skills with penetration testing tools and techniques.
- Experience scripting and developing custom exploits or automation tools using Python, C/C++, C#, or Java.
- Solid understanding of both web application and infrastructure testing.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working across multiple platforms, networks, and authentication environments.
