Job description Role: Product Manager - Health & Beauty, E-Commerce Sales Channel

Location: Remote (Contractor / B2B)

The Mission: At MediVena, headquartered in Atlanta and Warsaw, we develop innovative medical devices that are effective, affordable, and safe for consumers and healthcare professionals worldwide - spanning blood testing, diagnostics, drug delivery, and wound care.

We are expanding our consumer-focused footprint and need a driven Product Manager to own the development, launch, and commercialization of our Health & Beauty portfolio for online marketplaces. You will be the strategic owner of a growing catalog that includes Advanced Wound Care, scar and wrinkle reduction, pain management pads, relaxation and nutrition eye pads, essential oils, ointments, creams, and balsams. You will manage the full lifecycle - from sourcing vendors and ensuring FDA compliance to crafting the perfect e-commerce listing.


Core Responsibilities: You will drive the end-to-end product journey, translating market trends into tangible, high-quality products that perform online.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Define the product vision (purpose, target market, features) and maintain a clear roadmap for enhancements and new launches. You will conduct market research to identify trends and build comprehensive business plans covering pricing models, margins, and distribution strategies.
  • Vendor & Supply Management: Identify and manage relationships with new vendors and contract manufacturers. You will collect and manage supplier data to maintain a comprehensive Master File.
  • Development & Compliance: Collaborate with Design & Engineering to translate product requirements into technical specifications. You will provide design input and content for packaging and labeling, while working closely with QA/RA and R&D to ensure all products meet strict safety standards and FDA/global regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Manage and maintain accurate product listings in critical regulatory databases, including GUDID and GS1.
  • Launch & E-Commerce Commercialization: Coordinate successful product launches and marketing campaigns. You will create highly optimized e-commerce product posts, including descriptions, recommended pricing, images, and videos tailored to target audiences.
  • Sales Support & Relationship Management: Equip our sales teams with product knowledge, tools, and training. You will build relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), preparing custom marketing materials and cross-references.
  • Post-Market Surveillance: Track sales, market performance, and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement. You will use these insights to develop and launch successful product line extensions.


Your Profile: We are looking for a strategic thinker who knows how to execute and scale physical products in the digital space.

  • Experience: A proven track record in full-cycle product management within health/medical devices, cosmetics, beauty, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Education: A Degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred). You should also be comfortable utilizing AI tools (including ChatGPT) to optimize your workflow.
  • Communication: Full proficiency in the English language to collaborate globally and craft consumer-facing content.
  • The "Pluses": Knowledge of graphic design applications is a strong asset. Experience conducting clinical evaluations and usability studies is a major plus.
