Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will work directly with the Director of People & Culture and help support a fast-growing, international workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to contribute to shaping company culture at a global level.


Working hours: aligned with New York (EST)


What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day HR operations for a global remote workforce (more than 170 people)

• Coordinate hiring processes, onboarding, and offboarding across multiple countries

• Help manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records

• Support payroll coordination and HR compliance processes with internal and external partners

• Assist with employee relations topics and internal communications

• Help develop and implement people processes that support a growing organization

• Contribute to culture initiatives, engagement programs, and cross-team collaboration

• Partner closely with the Director of People & Culture on projects related to organizational development, policies, and scaling the HR function


Qualifications

• Experience working in Human Resources, HR Operations, or People Operations

• Understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements

• Experience implementing HR policies and supporting HR processes

• Familiarity with employee benefits and benefits administration

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

• Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS tools is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus)


What you need to be successful:

• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role

• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments is highly valued

• Exposure to international teams or distributed workforces

• Knowledge of Greek labor law

• Familiarity with US or international employment practices is a strong plus

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in an evolving environment

• Comfortable building processes where structure may still be developing

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Ability to work aligned with New York time (EST)
