Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Security Consultant to lead enterprise-wide security, compliance, and governance initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud security governance across ERP, HCM, and EPM
- Configure roles, data access sets, role provisioning, and custom role design
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews with compliance teams
- Oversee SOX, RACM, IAM, and audit control alignment
- Coordinate cybersecurity assessments and custom code scanning
- Map security controls to SIT/UAT test scenarios and ensure audit evidence capture
- Serve as liaison between ERP program, Cyber Security, IAM, and Internal Audit teams
- Support IDN integration and access governance processes
- Provide security best practice guidance across Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT

- 8+ years of Oracle ERP platform experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Security experience (multiple implementations preferred)
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM security
- Expertise in SOX compliance, SoD, IAM, RACM, and audit controls
- Experience in cloud governance and enterprise security frameworks
- Proven collaboration with Cyber Security, Internal Audit, and Privacy teams
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT security testing and audit documentation
- Strong understanding of role hierarchy, RBAC, and functional security models
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in large-scale enterprise implementations
