Senior Data Scientist - CRM & Loyalty

🌍✨ We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our client’s CRM & Loyalty team in Dubai. This is a full-time onsite position based in Dubai, and the selected candidate will be expected to relocate. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and data science techniques to transform customer and operational data into actionable strategies that drive loyalty, engagement, and overall business performance.

• Collaborate with CRM, Loyalty, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to identify analytical and data requirements.
• Design, build, and manage customer data architecture to support advanced analytics, segmentation, and personalized campaign strategies.
• Collect, clean, and transform customer and transaction data to enable predictive insights and marketing optimization.
• Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models for churn prediction, retention analysis, and lifetime value forecasting.
• Conduct A/B testing, uplift modeling, and performance measurement to evaluate the impact of loyalty programs and campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that make data-driven decisions intuitive and accessible for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across CRM and loyalty systems.
• Stay current with emerging tools, methods, and trends in data science, CRM analytics, and customer intelligence.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives in retail, pricing, and category management to maximize customer engagement and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or CRM data environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL (experience with R is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse architectures.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as segmentation, churn modeling, and uplift modeling.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer databases, and marketing automation systems.
• Experience with A/B testing, LTV modeling, and marketing attribution.
