We have partnered with a highly respected professional services firm to identify a top‑tier HR & Accounting Manager This role is for a finance‑minded professional, not a traditional HR generalist.
We’re seeking an analytical, Excel‑strong HR Business Partner with direct ownership of benefits, payroll, HRIS, and metrics. The role requires comfort working with data, identifying trends, explaining variances, and supporting leadership with fact‑based insights.
Responsible for various responsibilities within the Human Resources and Accounting areas, including benefits administration, employee on-boarding/off-boarding, employee relations, and payroll administration.
If your background is primarily employee engagement, training, or culture programs without strong quantitative responsibility, this will not be the right fit.
