We are looking for a Strategy & Business Performance Analyst – CEO’s Office to support senior leadership in business analytics, MIS reporting, and operational performance tracking.
This role will work closely with the MD and COO, providing direct exposure to strategic decision-making while supporting key operational and Capex initiatives within a rapidly growing industrial platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily MIS dashboards tracking production, dispatch, and operational KPIs
- Analyze plant performance and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for senior leadership
- Support monitoring of Capex projects, operational initiatives, and business performance
- Track operational KPIs, compliance metrics, and expenditure monitoring
- Develop and improve reporting systems, dashboards, and data processes
- Support business analysis, presentations, and strategic reporting for management reviews

Ideal Candidates:
- MBA / Engineering / BBA or equivalent qualification in business, operations, or analytics
- 3-5 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, operations performance monitoring
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large operational datasets
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation tools for data analysis is advantageous
