Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, analyzing market data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, monitoring KPIs, and identifying market opportunities to enhance LangShip’s position in the industry.

- Strong experience in Marketing Strategy, Branding, and Campaign Management
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, including Social Media Management, SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing
- Proficiency in Data-Driven Decision Making, Analytics, and ROI measurement
- Excellent skills in Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration
- Understanding of market trends, including AI, digital marketplaces, or related industries
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and drive revenue-focused results
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is desirable
