About the Role:


We are seeking a strategic and creative Director of Brand & Marketing to own and execute the brand and marketing presence for OS Studios and NOMOBO. This role will be responsible for shaping how our brand shows up in the market, driving awareness, supporting business development, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who both thinks strategically and delivers the work themselves, managing our websites, running our social channels, leading award submissions, and ensuring the CEO’s voice and presence on LinkedIn is consistently sharp and visible.

The role also oversees social media delivery for select client accounts, ensuring strategy, content, and publishing are executed to a high standard. This person sits at the center of our storytelling, helping shape how our work shows up in the world while supporting new business proposals and key marketing initiatives that drive growth. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building strategy but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to bring it to life.

Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Lead the development and ongoing evolution of the company’s brand strategy and positioning
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
  • Establish and oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence across internal and external communications

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including website, social media, email, and content marketing
  • Identify opportunities to amplify the company’s presence through partnerships, events, and PR

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Oversee creation of marketing content including case studies, articles, presentations, and campaign assets
  • Partner with internal teams to highlight company work, innovation, and expertise
  • Manage editorial calendars and content strategy

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with business development teams to support pitch materials, presentations, and proposals
  • Develop marketing collateral and tools that help drive new business opportunities
  • Ensure brand alignment across all client-facing materials

Collaboration & Analytics

  • Partner with internal departments including creative, production, finance, and People & Culture
  • Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Use insights to inform strategy and improve results


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications
  • Experience leading brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong storytelling and content strategy skills
  • Experience supporting sales or business development efforts
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in a creative agency, production company, or media environment
    • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms
    • Experience leading brand refresh or brand evolution initiatives
