Lead a global Workday transformation

SoftConstruct is looking for a Workday Transformation Program Director to lead a major global Workday transformation program across multiple countries.

This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for delivering a multi-phase Workday implementation, starting with Core HCM and selected non-payroll modules, with additional phases to follow.

You will lead the program across the System Integrator, internal HR and IT teams, and regional stakeholders, ensuring strong governance, delivery excellence, and successful rollout across geographies.

What you will own

• End-to-end delivery of a multi-country Workday transformation program
• Program roadmap, governance, milestones, and executive reporting
• Coordination across the System Integrator, business teams, and internal functions
• Rollout readiness, risk management, and issue resolution
• Go-live execution, stabilization, and support for future phases

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS / ERP transformation programs
• Strong experience delivering Workday implementations, ideally in multi-country environments
• Strong background in program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery
• Experience working with System Integrators in complex transformation settings
• Ability to lead across multiple countries, teams, and time zones
• Fluent English
• Russian preferred
