Job Description

About Us

We are a PR and marketing firm specializing in the architecture and design industries. Our clients include leading manufacturers, architecture firms, and design studios who rely on us to shape their brands, amplify their stories, and connect them with the audiences that matter most. We work at the intersection of design culture, commerce, and strategic communications.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated, design-curious Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a junior position ideal for someone with 1–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, editorial, or social media management who is eager to build a career in a niche, creative industry. You'll work directly with our team to support client campaigns across social media, media monitoring, and account coordinating.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others) for multiple clients in the architecture and design space.
  • Track social media performance metrics, compile regular reports, and provide actionable insights to inform content strategy.
  • Monitor media coverage for clients using media monitoring tools, curate daily/weekly coverage reports, and flag all placements.
  • Assist with the creation of basic graphic assets for social media, email campaigns, and presentations using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
  • Support the coordination of editorial calendars, press outreach schedules, and campaign timelines.
  • Stay current on trends in architecture, interior design, and the broader design media landscape.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing, social media management, PR, or a related communications role.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content with a strong eye for aesthetics — especially relevant to design, architecture, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and comfort presenting performance data in clear, concise reports.
  • Experience with media monitoring platforms (e.g., Muck Rack, Cision, Mention, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools; basic photo editing skills are a plus.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without missing a beat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in architecture, interior design, or the built environment is a significant plus.

What We Offer

  • A fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • The opportunity to build deep expertise in a niche, creative industry with a close-knit team.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • 401k with match
  • Unlimited time off
  • Collaborative, supportive culture that invests in your professional growth.
