Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging, on-brand content including photos, short-form videos, reels, and stories
- Schedule and publish posts consistently using social media management tools
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; engage with our community in a timely, warm manner
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share a brief monthly report
- Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and platform changes to keep our content fresh
- Collaborate with the team on product launches, promotions, and campaigns

- Active, enthusiastic social media user with a strong personal understanding of current trends
