Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will support the setup and operation of the company’s manufacturing facility in Tangier, Morocco. The role is responsible for leading the recruitment of the factory’s core workforce, from management positions to frontline technicians, and building a stable local team.

This position will establish localized HR systems, including compensation and benefits, performance management, and the employee handbook, in line with Moroccan labor regulations. The HRBP Manager will also coordinate the relocation and support of Chinese expatriates, including visa processing, settlement arrangements, daily life assistance, and cross-cultural training.
In addition, the role will oversee HR-related training and compliance in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and work with technical teams to develop a localized training system covering cell manufacturing skills, production safety, and quality management.
Qualifications
- Chinese background (including overseas Chinese), fluent in English (working language), with strong business communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, any discipline.
- Solid knowledge of Moroccan labor law, with hands-on experience in recruitment, termination procedures, union negotiations, and payroll/tax compliance.
- Prior overseas work experience is highly preferred, especially in establishing manufacturing operations in North Africa, the Middle East, or Europe.
- Strong adaptability, cross-cultural communication skills, and willingness to live and work in Morocco.
