The Role


We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will own and optimize our inbound marketing engine. This person will play a key role in generating qualified leads, improving marketing automation, and strengthening the AdaptCFO brand.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, automation, and execution, particularly within HubSpot.


You will work directly with leadership to build scalable marketing systems that drive growth.



Key Responsibilities



Marketing Automation & HubSpot


• Manage and optimize our HubSpot environment

• Build and maintain automated workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages

• Develop email nurture campaigns and automated lead funnels

• Improve marketing to sales handoffs and CRM organization



Lead Generation & Demand Creation


• Build and execute inbound marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads

• Improve website conversion rates through landing pages and lead magnets

• Develop lead nurturing strategies that move prospects through the funnel

• Support outbound marketing efforts with content and automation



Content & Brand Development


• Help shape AdaptCFO’s voice and brand positioning in the market

• Coordinate content creation including articles, newsletters, and thought leadership

• Support social media and LinkedIn growth initiatives

• Assist with marketing campaigns that highlight our expertise and services



Marketing Analytics & Optimization


• Track and report on marketing KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance

• Continuously test and improve marketing funnels

• Identify opportunities to improve ROI across marketing channels



Qualifications



Required Experience


• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot

• Experience building marketing automation workflows and lead funnels

• Strong understanding of inbound marketing and lead generation

• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing analytics



Preferred Experience


• Experience in B2B services, consulting, SaaS, or professional services

• Experience supporting sales teams with lead generation systems

• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and founder-led growth strategies

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment



Skills


• Strong systems thinker who can build scalable marketing processes

• Ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to metrics

Within the first 6–12 months, this role will:


• Build scalable lead generation funnels

• Improve the effectiveness of our HubSpot automation

• Increase inbound qualified leads

• Strengthen the AdaptCFO brand in the founder and operator community

• Support sales with better marketing systems and lead nurturing
