AI Automation Engineer
(Remote – Philippines)
About the Role
We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer to help build the internal systems that power how our company operates.
This role focuses on designing AI agents, automation workflows and integrations that connect tools such as Slack, GitHub, Notion and internal systems.
You will work directly with our leadership and engineering team to create automation that improves productivity and reduces manual work across the business.
This is a fully remote role working with an international team.
What You’ll Do
Build AI Automation Systems
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows that automate internal processes
- Build integrations between systems using APIs and webhooks
- Develop AI agents that assist with internal operations and task coordination
Connect Tools Across Our Stack
- Integrate platforms such as Slack, GitHub, Notion and other internal tools
- Build automation pipelines that move data between systems
- Create workflows that automatically generate tasks, summaries and alerts

Develop Internal AI Assistants
- Build AI tools that help the team write documentation, summarise information and track progress
- Implement AI workflows that turn ideas into structured product tasks
- Develop systems that monitor activity and provide automated updates
Improve Operational Efficiency
- Identify manual processes that can be automated
- Continuously improve our internal automation infrastructure
- Help the company scale efficiently with fewer manual processes
Required Skills
- Experience building automation workflows
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks and integrations
- Experience with Python, Node.js or similar scripting languages
- Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI or similar LLM tools)
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier or Make
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
