• Process statistics, negotiate budgets and manage influencer partnerships.
• Create detailed campaign reports, analyze KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities.

• Drive influencer marketing as a performance channel in line with calients' briefs.
• Continuously improve processes and bring in new ideas.
• Collaborate on pitches, strategies, proposals and special projects for clients.
• Maintain full ownership of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring responsible execution independently and in teams.
• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative approaches.
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing (brand, agency, or platform).
• Experience in performance-driven influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience working with creators, bloggers, and KOLs in IT, tech, software development, and coding is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of budgeting social media campaigns and market pricing.
