We are looking for a strategic People leader to drive the HR function for a high-volume hospitality destination, utilizing advanced HRIS platforms and data-driven metrics to optimize a diverse workforce.
As the Director of Human Resources, you will be the primary architect of culture and operational excellence, managing everything from complex employee relations to international visa programs (J1, H2B). This is a high-impact role where you will partner with executive leadership to scale talent acquisition and performance management strategies in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the strategic execution of HR policies and workforce planning using Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise-grade HRIS tools to track productivity and retention trends.

What You'll Need
• 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Director, ideally within the hotel, resort, or theme park industries.
• Strong technical proficiency in HR Technology, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume employee relations, benefits administration, and multi-layered compensation structures.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workforce Planning, labor utilization, and managing departmental budgets ($120k - $135k base range).
• High energy and a "people-first" mentality with the ability to lead a dedicated HR team through periods of rapid growth and seasonal shifts.
