CEO Office Accelerator

We’re building something new. You won’t inherit a roadmap - you’ll define the vision and build the first version of what it becomes.

This role sits within the CEO Office as part of an accelerator arm designed to move fast, think boldly, and build disruptive, category-defining fintech solutions to accelerate access to quality medicines. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to lead the build from zero to one, shaping both the functional direction and the technical foundation of the product.

The Role

As our first engineering hire on the accelerator team, you will architect and build a mobile-first fintech product from scratch. You will play a central role in shaping the technical foundation and translating vision into a real, scalable product.

This is a deeply hands-on role. You will design the architecture, write production-level code across backend and frontend, and establish the engineering standards that will define the venture long term.

You will also manage and guide an external development team, ensuring high standards of execution, speed, and quality. Working directly with the CEO Office, you will turn ambitious ideas into secure, scalable, real-world solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture
• Build and ship the first version of a mobile-first fintech product
• Write and review production-level code across the full stack
• Lead and coordinate external development agencies working on the project
• Establish AI-first ways of working with Claude Code / Cursor
• Make key decisions around tooling, infrastructure, and security
• Translate ambiguity into clear technical direction
• Balance rapid iteration with fintech-grade reliability and risk awareness
  
  

Who You Are

• A true full-stack engineer, experienced across backend, frontend, infrastructure and CI/CD
• An AI-first pioneer, working on .md files as much as you work on bare code
• A builder with strong fintech experience, having worked on financial products or platforms where security, reliability, and trust are essential
• Workflow-minded: you enable agents to become force-multipliers in your development teams
• Proven experience building products in the fintech space
• Experienced in building products from zero to one
• Product-minded and commercially aware
• Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
• Passionate about enabling commerce through technology
• Comfortable building in a mobile-first environment
• Able to zoom out to strategy and dive deep into implementation
• High ownership, strong judgment, low ego
