Job Summary

We are looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable sales and marketing systems. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and engineering, helping revenue teams automate workflows, improve lead generation, and build data-driven outbound strategies.

The ideal candidate understands sales operations, automation tools, CRM systems, and growth experimentation. You will work closely with leadership, sales teams, and marketing to implement scalable processes that directly impact revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize automated outbound and inbound GTM workflows.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Outreach).
  • Design scalable lead generation and prospecting infrastructure.
  • Integrate marketing, sales, and data platforms to create seamless revenue operations systems.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting for GTM performance.
  • Work with sales teams to improve prospecting strategies, targeting, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, sales operations, or growth engineering.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with sales automation tools (Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Outreach, Instantly, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data tools and workflow automation (Zapier, Make, APIs, SQL, Python, or similar).
  • Understanding of outbound sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to build automated workflows and integrations across sales and marketing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, startups, or high-growth tech environments is a plus
