• Lead quarterly User Access Review (UAR) Certification campaigns across the enterprise
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to ensure data integrity and quality
• Support Role Lifecycle Management (RLM) initiatives leveraging industry-standard Identity Management (IDM) solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support regulatory IAM controls
• Provide executive leadership with timely updates on security risks
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, management information systems, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IAM analyst/support role
• Expert level proficiency with data management tools (MS Excel, BI Publisher, Tableau)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks (NIST) and regulatory controls (SOC, SOC2, GDPR)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ Compliance Manager or similar IDM solutions
• Experience supporting an IAM Production ABAC framework with roles
