What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead quarterly User Access Review (UAR) Certification campaigns across the enterprise

• Conduct pre- and post-campaign data analysis to ensure data integrity and quality
• Collaborate with various internal and external audit teams to support Regulatory IAM controls
• Manage the Role Lifecycle Management (RLM) program and role mining activities
• Provide executive leadership with timely updates on security risks and recommended mitigations
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, management information systems, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IAM analyst/support role
• Expert level proficiency in data management tools such as MS Excel, BI Publisher, and Tableau
• Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks (NIST) and regulatory controls (SOC, SOC2, GDPR)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ Compliance Manager or similar Identity Management (IDM) solutions
• Background in supporting an IAM Production ABAC framework

• Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodology
