We are looking for a Real AI Marketing Expert who is ready to move beyond the prompt and into the spotlight. You aren't just someone who uses ChatGPT; you are a practitioner who understands how to build automated workflows, integrate AI agents into sales funnels, and use machine learning to optimize customer acquisition at scale.
You are the "Voice of Authority" for our AI Automation division. Your mission is to show the market how to replace bloated manual processes with high-efficiency AI systems. Beyond being the face of the brand, you are a Technical Strategist and Gatekeeper. You will collaborate with copywriters to create high-converting VSLs, act as the Sales Engineer to scope complex automation builds, and serve as the Hiring Manager to vet all incoming AI and automation talent.
- The Face of the AI Funnel: Record Video Sales Letters (VSLs), Facebook Ads, and social content. You deliver the technical "future of marketing" message with natural charisma to build trust with CEOs and CMOs.
- Lead Offer & Creative Strategy: Define the AI Service Offer. Work with the sales team to price out automation audits and implementation packages. Collaborate with copywriters to ensure our scripts are grounded in real-world AI technical capabilities.
- Technical Sales Engineering: Act as the lead SME on sales calls to scope new AI automation projects. You will determine the tech stack (Zapier, Make.com, OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.), estimate build times, and define the ROI for custom engagements.
- AI Gatekeeper (Hiring Manager): Review portfolios and conduct final interviews for all Automation Engineers and AI specialists submitted by the recruiting team. You are the final authority on technical quality.
- Technical Advocacy: Act as the primary personality for our AI category, proving that our company is led by practitioners who actually know how to deploy agents and automate the full customer journey.

- On-Camera Authority: You must be comfortable speaking to a camera as if you are speaking to a Tech Founder, delivering high-level AI strategy without a teleprompter.
- Home Studio: You must have a clean, professional, and "high-tech" background for filming.

- Immediate: Earn Commissions on all AI-related sales generated through your funnels, plus Annual Profit Sharing from the entire company's bottom line.
- Future: Once revenue milestones are hit, you move to a Base Salary (Full-Time or Part-Time) while retaining Profit Sharing.
